Location: Mirabel, North Scottsdale
Full concrete foundation package for a 9,200 sq ft custom home. Work included engineered spread footings, perimeter stem walls, and interior grade beams. Completed in coordination with the structural engineer and framing team to meet a compressed construction schedule.
Location: Desert Mountain, Scottsdale
Interior finish slab and Portland Cement Concrete Pavement for driveway approach and motor court on a 7,800 sq ft hillside custom home. Special attention to slab flatness tolerances for large-format tile installation. PCCP designed for heavy vehicle loads and Arizona heat cycling.
Location: Estancia, Scottsdale
Multi-tiered concrete retaining wall system engineered to manage significant grade change across a steeply sloped desert lot. Work included three separate wall tiers with drainage provisions and waterproofing. Designed to complement the landscaping plan while providing long-term structural stability.
